Can it can be wired to the iphone and used directly to record to external storage as well? What about connecting to dslr with wired connwction will it work?

If it works on WIFI and BT, does it mean that you can't connect anything else to the iPhone, such as a microphone or the Internet?

Microphone if it doesn’t use Bluetooth - yes. Internet via 5g - yes.
