I don't understand why when I search on google it says that HS has better image quality than S. Isn't HS supposed to be more compressed and the image should be worse? (I'm a beginner and I'm learning)

It’s almost indistinguishable )) after KZbin’s compression - you’ll never see any difference) yes, HS is more compressed, but retains a lot of data and looks just as good to my eye

@@NOlimitsON in OBS i recorded in h265 25m and h264 25m and they looked the same until i lowered both to 5m and the h265 looked slightly better
