AKA..I want wayyy too much money for my very very very well used vehicles. Something that I (Rob) think is now worth $230k, which I bought new for $270k 8 years ago and now has 50k miles. Is actually worth $35k because it's a very very very well used rental car and as what type of vehicle it is anyways depreciates very quickly in general normally and the only way it'd still be 'worth' $230k is if it had absolutely NO miles and a couple gold bars included with the sale.

@@joexbt The market during covid and since then had behaved completely different from what was normal for the last 20 years. It finally started to violently correct itself over the last year. Dealers have been very slow to discount cars or adjust to the realities of the market returning to normal and if you go to any lot you'll see new inventory from over a year ago just sitting there collecting dust.
