Love your video as always! Your kitchen talks are relatable on so many levels so they don’t get old. The clip where you spoke about God giving us the things we beg for because he loves us is spot on. I have had countless revelations with experiences like those that I’ve been humbled by, even with jobs that I prayed for that I would go home crying from or get overwhelmed and frustrated. Those hard times in my life is where the most growth happened in my life though and in me as a person, it grew my character in ways that was so uncomfortable but necessary. Never feels good in the moment though! Truth is we think we know exactly what we want and need and truth is He proves time and time again we know absolutely nothing of what’s best for us most of the time lol. And I’ve found that when I let those things go that I’m obsessing about, to the best of my ability he gives something so much better and it never comes in the way I thought it would! You got this girl! Don’t let the enemy discourage you. Every year is your year ❤

Thank you so much for sharing this. It’s incredible how God uses those tough, humbling moments to shape and grow us, even when it feels so uncomfortable in the moment. I love how you described letting go of your own expectations and trusting Him-such a beautiful reminder of His faithfulness. I’m inspired by your perspective, and I’m grateful this resonated with you! Thank you for being here and for your encouragement-it means so much!

Happy New Year Dayana!! Wishing you a wonderful year filled with lots of positivity , great health, success, and joy 🎉 thank you for this long vlog. Hope you have an amazing day. Also, don’t overthink your videos. We love watching your life and I get a lot of my cooking inspo from you. If it was boring , I would have stopped watching a long time ago. There is a genuine simplicity to your videos that is so refreshing. So many videos these days are so over done that is comes off fake. Keep doing you, it’s more than enough ❤

Perspective is such a funny thing. It would be my dream to be where you are one day, break out of the corporate grind and become a personal trainer able to help others since it's my passion! You are doing absolutely amazing things, please never stop pushing!

@@dayana_sabatin I was in fashion wholesale/product development for a while but absolutely HATEDDD the 9-5 5 days in office grind. So now I'm going back to school for my Masters in Health Communication and Marketing, and hope to supplement my degree with PT, nutrition, and maybe even a pilates certification! Would love to be a fitness instructor or personal trainer, and work with my own clients one day :)

The first and only gym I ever worked at was AWFUL…but it taught me a lot about what I didn’t want to do as a personal trainer. It might seem like a waste, but I’m sure you learned a lot! I only lasted 5 months, and I wish I would’ve sooner. Don’t waste your time in things that aren’t meant for you. Who cares how many jobs you try 😊

I’m 47 and recently found your channel as a recommendation since I watch Sydney Adam’s and others like her. I very much enjoy health and fitness as a lifestyle and channels like yours keep me motivated and give me inspiration for both food and workouts. It’s sad to see you feeling like this because I actually admire you. Yes, a 47 year old executive at a financial institution! Jobs aren’t meant to define you. If you aren’t feeling like it’s a fit, please go. I’ve seen way too many people hang on to a job for whatever reason for way too long. If you do what your gut tells you, it will ultimately lead you down the right path. If you can afford to give your notice since it isn’t providing an income right now anyway, do it. If you stay and start training people, you are only going to have to leave them. Perhaps there is something at Gold’s even if it’s the front desk. Or teaching classes. You will build relationships and ultimately find your path. Keep your head up and keep doing what you’re doing!
