I am glad you called them out on the price. Knife prices are going up way too quickly with all the competition there is. The quality of modern budget knives are getting. Better and better but the black one is a budget knife that is way overpriced. It probably worth $80. I forgot the Ketuo you first picked up was on my NEED list. ❤

That blade reminds me of my TS129. Love the claw tip. I paid $200 for my PMP big boy and it’s 14C and I love it. No regrets!

Totally agree & well said about the Ken Onion Knife. Exactly my views. It’s a ton of milling & great fit finish, perfect action also banger of a designer even a OG at that…but that price just ain’t justified 💯🤙🏻

Ordered the buckhorn aluminum from knife center, could have sworn it was s35vn not the 14c28. Then I checked the KC video which described the aluminum buckhorn and it was advertised as s35vn steel

I paid $150 when is was advertised as S35VN, which I would have been happy with. Also knifecenter still has the pocket clip being titanium on their listing, it is definitely steel.

Id rather have Nitro-V or 14c over basically any super steel at this point. I cant personally tell any difference except sharpening them is much easier and they get much sharper. My steel snob days are long gone. This knife looks awesome.

The coating is TiC (titanium carbide). Should be very durable and wears better than aluminum alone.

I love the look of the Buckhorn, but apparently the lock is still bad. The description of lockbar access kept me from buying the original titanium one and I guess I'm not getting the aluminium one either.

Nice knife but ZERO CHANCE I’m buying it. NO WAY! Way too much! This is a $75 knife TOPS! I’ll stay with my MIGURON Velonas…..$52 same blade steel and better handle. STOP platforming these ultra expensive knives that 99% of knife buyers will NEVER buy! It doesn’t effect you and the other hucksters on YT pushing this stuff…you all are GIVEN these knives. When you and others stop pushing this stuff and calling them out for way overcharging, it’ll stop. Until then, I’m NEVER buying them and I hope most others are too.
