Spend a morning watching trains cross BNSF's famous ex-Great Northern trestle over Gassman Coulee near Minot, North Dakota. Stick around toward the end, there's a special surprise in the consist of one of the trains!

I love Hudsons. Too bad no NYC J Class Hudsons survived into preservation, but there are other railroads who preserved some of the their 4-6-4s yet 2816 is the only operating mainline 4-6-4 in North America. Hopefully Santa Fe 3463 or Burlington Route 3005 would be restored to running condition for excursion service.
