I feel like I always say this (but maybe not because I hold back from saying it all the time haha) but it's almost scary how similar our anxieties(?) are - I've been working on so many aspects of it, like tackling so many situations, but traffic is still the one where I'm like 'nope, I'll do that another time thank youuu', constantly thinking 'please not today' haha. because It's so true, like feeling stuck like you just have to sit there and wait and can't do anything. Love seeing you upload again and you should be proud of yourself for tackling it that day too 🤍

Thank you!! And haha no I get that!!! I think many of our anxieties are so similar, we always feel like the only ones thinking this weird shit but in reality it is SO many of us worrying about the same things.

Whenever I watch your vids or listen to your podcasts, I think how brave and strong you are. As I've commented to you before, you're a really big inspiration for us who suffer from anxiety and its multiple phobias. Sending you love and good vibes. ♥️

When I first got diagnosed with toilet anxiety 5 years ago, yours was the first video I found ,and by God did it help, I never felt so alone and trying to describe what was happening to me.so thank you so much, What was happening to you in your car happens to me,I'm still on the road to recovery, and I was talking about feelings and body sensation with my therapist today and what to described in your video today was so me. I guess just thank you, thank you for explaining/teaching, because I'm out here like many of us trying to learn how to be Ok with feeling like this Xxxxx

Thank you so much for this video! This is a huge encouragement for me! Everything you were experiencing (except for the being pregnant part, lol) is exactly what happens to me! I love how you show us what it actually looks like while you're in the thick of it. Although I understand it must be hard. I have the same thing where I don't want anyone to see me going through a panic attack other than my husband and parents because I get so embarrassed afterwards. I do some really weird stuff out of fear when I'm having an attack. Lol. And I'm so glad that you mentioned other people have issues with traffic jams. Even if my husband is driving, I get worried we'll be stuck and I'll start to have an attack. But yes, I need to keep reminding myself that I am okay wherever I am. I don't need to be in the house to feel safe. And thanks for showing the after work part of the video. It's nice to see the like before and after effect of anxiety at work. Sorry this comment was super long, but I just want you to know how much I appreciate these videos.

I love these car chats! Although I do feel as though I go through the anxiety with you haha! But I think that's important, it helps others feel less alone. And seeing you go out and do the things while experiencing the anxiety reminds me on my harder days that I can do it too. Thank you! Hope you're having a great day xx

Hello, Lauren if I can recommend you something what maybe can help or cannot,but everything is better than Anxiety and these sensations. Can you try find a practitioner with craniosacral therapy and somatic experiencing. Wish you all the best and A lot of health to you and your family. ❤️🙏

Congratulations 🎊 that's so exciting!! Question are you still able to take SSRIs while pregnant?
@LaurenRose.

Thank you! I don't think there is a clear cut answer, however we did a lot of research and consulted with an OB and decided to stay on my medication at the same dose.

@@LaurenRose. ahhh ok that's all good 👍 I started taking loxamine again feeling really good being back on them like almost normal if you get what I mean. But I'm also having a break from my Depo injections so I always worry about it because no one's ever said anything about it.

@@Jensen68 yes I understand!! It is one of those weird things that people don't talk about very often. A bit of a stigma attached I guess.
