The Supply Chain already has joined a Trade Union. October seems to be when over 160 Nations meet at the BRICS Summit, to make Trade Plans,with Nations who have something to offer. It appears the USA offers little today compared to other Nations. So the Cheap Goods that used to support Industrial Production, now seem to be going elsewhere.
