Drying the bottom of your hair first using your roller brush to smooth with a bend and then flipping your hair over and drying using your fingers at the crown is brilliant.

Removing the roller gently and not just pulling it out really saves the hair from breaking. Hi Tammy First, offering prayers for baby Hayes Walker. 🙏🏻 Second, I’m so happy that you’re safe!💛 And finally, you are the one who inspired me to let go of the hair dye!😊 Starting out was difficult for me because I dyed my hair a medium copper brown. So the contrast of silver roots with copper in the first few months made me look BALD in there. I hated that! I never could have done it while I was still working! I’m a year in now and no going back. I’m 75 and I retired last October. I still wear my hair long, but it’s not as long as yours 😊 These tips were perfect. Thank you! Gray hair is so much more coarse, and definitely has a mind of its own!😂 I saved the video to reference the products 😊

I like putting velcros in my wet hair with products to keep style. I use smaller rollers as I want curls on shoulder length hair. I use thin slices of hair and use loads of rollers. I sit in the sun with a book and a coffee. I use my hairdryer before taking rollers out warm to activate styling product then cool shot. Take rollers out and let it fall where it wants and then gently move with fingers. Hair spray. I get 3 days of style dropping a bit more each day. I have fine hair but lots of it with a wave naturally. I don’t get frizz but I do if I just air dry without the rollers. I also have blonde foils so products are a must.

This is great! I use my diffuser attachment with high heat to heat up the rollers (then finally on cold). I find this keeps the flyaways at bay as the hair strands don’t get blown off the rollers.

My hair has always been so thick and tough and never thought I would be dealing with thinning hair. Seems like just a light breeze will have it falling out like leaves off a tree so seeing you pull when blow drying made me nervous thinking what that would do to my hair now.

Thanks for the hair tips, I'm just a few mths younger than you and have lost so much since 2019-bloodwork is fine but zero testosterone and estrogen and I can't take hormones, so it is what it is. Frustrating because my late mother and her mother lived to old age with no hair loss whatsoever and I used to have a LOT of hair..UGH...aging...anyhow praying for your new family addition! My oldest son who is 40 (CAN"T believe it!) Nov 8th-anyhow he had same symptoms and long story short was born w/ Hirschsprungs disease -I had taken him to the pediatrician 3 times in 3 weeks only to be told I was a nervous first mother...he ended up in complete bowel blockage-went into septic shock, had to be revived, had emergency colostomy, suffered permanent brain damage...he has had 5 major surgeries ..he's beyond a miracle but I'm so relieved your nephew is in the hospital so they can get what's wrong straightened out and he won't get beyond critical like my son did. He literally was given no hope and on life support for 2 months. It had taken me 3 yrs to conceive him so it was SO hard!! He was born with one of the worst cases in medical history as it usually doesn't show up til a child is older. So I understand exactly how Ashley feels. I'll be praying!!

Good morning. My great nephew had a similar problem. It turned out there was a birth defect in his stomach and he had emergency surgery to fix it. He was so tiny at the time it was scary. He’s 10 years old now and healthy. Praying 🙏🏻 for his speedy recovery 💙

What caught my eye when I first started follwing you was the volume of your hair; at that time you were still a blond; your hair reminded me of my hair when I had it long; fast forward 18 years due to chemo I lost most of the volume, thickness and shine of my original hair; though it has been a while it is still a work in progress; since my hair is so thin now I am going to try your way of getting volume in my hair; my issue is the top of head and the front; its not thin like being able to see my scalp but more the hair texture has changed from what I had in the beginning; I was wondering how often you wash your hair and what do. you do to maintain the volume the day after.
