As someone who went through it - that first longterm heartbreak was the best thing that ever happened to me. It’s so tough to begin with!! Sending you all the love ❤ it is sore and raw now, and with the loss of your kitty it must be especially difficult.. but the strength you will get from these experiences will be immense. Tough experiences shape character like nothing else. I lost my dad at 23 (am 31 now) and just a month ago lost my best friend of 15 years, my dog Elmo. Dealing with grief is one of the hardest things humans have to go through but the other side of the coin is such gratitude for what we already have. Stay strong beautiful, I promise things will get better 🤗 xxx

It really does take time though for you to feel okay about certain situations especially when you have been with that person for many years. But you will make it through it bit by bit. Omg, hi Meg. Missed u. "I haven't been consistent in my life." Such prolific words! Thank you for being so vulnerable with us, so sorry to hear you've been having a rough time. I hear you. I lost my job earlier this year, and have been in the unemployment pool for months - and lemme tell ya, it's shite. I can really resonate with what you said about having your confidence / comfort blanket ripped away from you every time I receive a rejection letter. I'm currently watching Young Sheldon on Netflix as a comfort show to help me cope with everything, and there's a scene where the dad goes, "You don't give yourself enough credit for being brave - You're 10 years old and you go to high school. It's a scary place, and yet everyday you show up" and I truly feel like we could apply that to our daily lives. Life is tough, and scary, and even more so when it throws a curve ball at you. So I think we need to pat ourselves on the back for just showing up. Even when we don't feel like it. Anyways, hope April treats you better, Meg! xxx
