Hi Michael. Great to see you in a brand new Newholland !! They are really good all round tractors !! I love the 6810 she is tidy👌🏻💪🏻!! It’s great to have staff that can turn there hand to any other jobs, the problem now a days is folk don’t want to work and if that isn’t my job they won’t do it !! Long ago if it was crappy weather you got a job doing something else inside away from the weather and I was glad of that !! There seems to be a lot less common sense now a days and I think that’s why the country is in the state that it is !! I hope your new tractor does you well !! 👍🏻👍🏻

Good evening Michael, you said not to say anything, but I cant help myself. Before I retired through ill health and sold my businesses, I had reached 21 stone and I have been diabetic for 15 years, also had a small heart attack and also have Atrial Fibrillation. Since retiring I am now 14st 3lbs feel like a new person and even considering coming out of retirement. I highly recommend taking care of your health as it does catch up with you. (No offence meant, just friendly advice). Regarding your tanks, when I had my businesses, I never ever sold cheap and like you always gave good value for money and it always paid off for me, so I applaud you standing firm by your standards. Thanks

Two points. (1) Van drivers i paid over £ 42,000 for my VW Transporter & i look after it but most non owner drivers just say well not mine / i dont care it's not my money . (2). Someone who can pick-up a welder / drive a truck / use a tape measure / & fit a toilet / tile needs to be keeped & looked after .

Michael, where you've been showing the videos of what you do to your fuel bow You shown the fact that you'd change the filters change. The hoses is not so much a refurbishment. As a rebuild, I would have thoughthat was so.

Just remember to remove the green beacon as on the road it’s only Doctors on call for a green light. Why they didn’t use another colour I don’t know but could mean someone gets points if they don’t know the rules

If that T7 225 is the same wheelbase as a 210 there lethal on the road with any amount of weight in a trailer, the arse ends on em will step out at nothing on a corner and that’s not even at speed !.

Wished I worked for you, I like being somewhere that actually appreciates capable staff and wants them to do all sorts of jobs, variety is the spice of life, one day welding and fabricating one day out on the lorry then on a sprayer or plough or digger. Those are the best places to work. Doing the same thing day in day out is just mind numbing, as for you not being the cheapest all I'll say is buy cheap buy twice 🤔🤔🤣 as for people driving like idiot's, well i think your representing a company if your van or vehicle is sign written and so you should drive it in a good manner. But I'm probably 47 year old moaning git 🤣🤣🤣
