Did perfectly fine for me, I've had the truck at multiple shows this summer & had no issues. But like I said in the video if you want to drill holes & throw hardware in you're more then welcome too!

How did you run the wires? I have one installed by previous owner and they removed the dome light and ran wires through there. I want to put the dome light back in.

Got my doubts that music was coming from the speakers in the truck and not from an overlay. Don't forget kids to add some sort of sound deadening /vibration dampener to the roof and to that gigantic piece of plastic and probably some sort of insulation to help with the summer sun if you live in the south or someplace hot!

Thanks for the vid! I bought a 1980 C10 with a highliner already installed. I’m preparing to upgrade the speakers and add a Bluetooth stereo. What are your thoughts about adding speakers elsewhere in the cab, such as tweeters in the A panel and a sub under the seat. Is it overkill?

Thanks for watching it! To be completely honest I love listening to music when driving so I'm all about more speakers. Check out the Custom Audio Sound Undercover 2's, its a pair of subwoofers that fit under the seat. They are very nice & priced well.
