Thanks everyone for sharing in our love for melee, and for the support over the last year. This tournament was a blast in so many ways, and it is feeling like a genesis for a melee landscape we’ve never seen before

Genesis X was the first major I ever attended in person, and oh man am I glad my buddy convinced me to make the drive! There's something to be said about actually being there. The energy, the vibes, it was sick. Now to learn how to actually play Melee...

The years I've spent with smash and the infiite number of times you melee people say this game and the tech is changing is probobly one of the most oldest jokes in gaming. I am done with this game and have been done with it being popular ever since 2015. The tech in this game hasn't seen like crazy new discoveries since 2016, just revamped stuff that ya'll swore you couldn't do before even though it wasn't impossible and you people haven't changed even though 2020 happened. The games decay is quickly approaching and it'll be great for if there is a new smash game, or if ultimate gets a deluxe and other platform fighters, so tired of this game in every way. It isn't the best smash game, its a poison that other dumbass devs use as a false benchmark to make a dumbass game and the space that it takes up in platform fighters needs to be erased so we can move on.
