I've been sitting on a idea, that I know would never happen due to money and bullshit legal issues. But for us true horror and franchise fans would be the most awesome idea ever. Make a SCU like the MCU (Slasher Cinematic Universe) , start with each Slasher (Freddy, Jason, Michael ETC.) Give each 1 their own movie first and then have them all interact in the same movie. Have a special task force, created to deal with each Slasher individually in each movie. Same concept with Marvel but with horror icons. With all the horror movie franchises in the last 40 years, you could create one hell of a universe and have multiple movies for decades to come. What do you guys think 🤔.

There is only one way to save Freddy.... Nightmare on Elm Street on Christmas, we get gingerbread kills, and candy cane kills and Reindeer kills, and the whole movie has a running theme of belief in fairy tales and whether the belief in the legend of Freddy is more powerful than the legend of Saint Nick. Don't hate the guy, he is just spreading a little holiday fear.

It makes me sad because Mike Flanagan pitched a new movie to Cravens' family, and nothing ever came of it. But he is doing a new exorcist and i really hope he knocks that shit out of the park

As much as I like Mike Flanagan, I don't think his vibe matches a Freddy vibe, Mike projects can sometimes be a slow build, slashers have a certain pace

id love almost an until dawn esc nightmare on elm street game. multiple choice, multiple endings where you play as a cast of survivors. it'd work really well with the movies.

Freddy is definitely neglected. Im glad Jason and Michael didnt get the cold shoulder. I hope a new blu ray set will be released with new features for A Nightmare on Elm Street.
