A new outboard for our tiny houseboat

A new 25 hp 4 stroke Yamaha means a new outboard bracket. I've made one from 3/4" plywood covered by several layers of fiberglass and polyester resin. The outboard required some minor modifications in order to use the existing steering cables, throttle and gear shift cables. Almost ready to launch.
