I think they should put in a dim sum hut on the top of Samurai Summit that also serves bomb ramen!! 🍜 The park really needs more flat rides and primarily another water attraction in addition to park esthetic improvements. Hopefully they consider that!

I agree with you, the park desperately needs some love put back into something other than their rollercoasters. When I visited for the first time back in April, I couldn’t help but notice all the decaying buildings :(

Exactly, they park already has world class rides. They need world class food, gardens, esthetics and entertainment. If they can work on that Six Flags will have a winner on their hands.

I am from Australia and we dont have many theme parks around but the theme parks that we do have are amazing, they invest alot of money and time in them, they have alot of interaction with guests while waiting for rides, the food is also great, the scenery is amazing, they have staff in costumes walking around the park, you feel like you are in another world.. now when i visited magic mountain mid 2022, i was abit disappointed, first of all the lines were huge which is understandable but if im waiting, atleast make an effort with guest interaction, its like heres the ride, wait for an hour or 2, get on the ride and move on.. in australia they give you a story to the ride while waiting, as an example.. we have like some sort of superman ride and while your waiting, they have screens everywhere showing some sort of issue happening in the city and superman has to rescue them, before you enter the ride, superman asks you for help and bla bla, I hope you get my point.. at magic mountain i didnt get any of that.. all i got was waiting, sunburnt and more waiting 😂 i feel like the park has alot of potential maybe just some love, a fresh coat of paint, more interaction for guests and it would be amazing!

@@adzdisdat8844 No yeah I totally get what you’re saying, cause that’s also here in the United States. I think the biggest difference is that Six Flags is an amusement park, not a theme park so they don’t care to theme the rides or have that interactivity. Theme parks in the United States are absolutely great. Especially in California and Florida. It’s just when it comes to any Six Flags park, that’s not the case whatsoever. They’re only there to showcase their rides and nothing more. This is the conversation I always have have when people ask what’s the difference between a theme park and an amusement park. I like to compare Disneyland to Magic Mountain, or Knott’s Berry Farm to Magic Mountain haha

I'm love SFMM. I as former employee from the mid to late 90's. I have always wanted to see the buildings get updated. With Knotts getting fiesta village getting a revamp, I feel that MM is has noticed and will get their butts in gear!

I have said for years that they should build a nice Bar/Ramen restaurant on top of Samuri Summit in place of that old rotting pizza building. Currently there just is not enough to do on top of that hill and make it worth the short hike up and down it lol. A few flat rides? a nice Family Mine Train Coaster?

That too! Maybe give it a paint job or something. It would cost millions to bring it back up to code to put something up there so I think at least making the area around it and the tower itself look nicer would be good.

Sky Tower is truly a one of a kind observation deck that offered breathtaking panoramic views and photo ops..... It's a shame the park let it stand there and go to waste.

Dylan, as always we love watching you and your videos, sometimes when you get on the coasters and show us the ride you really feel like we are there with you. We don't know how you can handle those loops all the time. The Nintendo World looks really cool with all the colors it should be a great ride. Always fun to see you with your Dad he loves those rides just as much as you do. So cool that Michael could be there with your as well. With all of those markers in front of the abandoned Laughing Dragon Pizza if they decide to tear down the old building and build a new restaurant, I hope they keep the asthetics themed to Samurai Summit. It'll also help if they bring back Magic Pagoda, as well as fix the Sky Tower(finally)......oh, and @7:02 where you mentioned the tables and chairs under Tatsu's turnaround, that old restaurant where the employees break, I say tear THAT out and put in a new refreshment stand and call it....Tasty Tower Treats(since it rests directly under the Sky Tower and we'll have the option of purchasing items b4 or after visiting the upper deck).

Dylan you should take a look at lagoon amusement park in Utah. They have developed in house some amazing coasters the last few years and they have a huge opening this year with their new coaster primordial. Also cannibal is amazing and intense!

They won’t shut down Magic Mountain even if they were closing parks. Too much of an asset to the company, it’s a flagship so that would be shocking. I think MM is fine as well as a bunch of other parks.

Yes, Dylan! Coming to Hershey! They have the new RMC upgrade happening to Wildcat's Revenge and our newer B&M Candymonium is super smooth and a great ride! It's a pretty busy park in the summer, so when you go a Fast Track pass is worth it since you've never been and there are so many coasters to hit! This is my home park and I've been going for years/have worked there, so if you need any tips, I got you! Glad to see it getting some love.

I'd hate to see the restaurant go away. Childhood memories. It was my family's go-to in the '80s when we visited and it was Four Winds. Only place we'd eat during yearly visits. But, if the building is replaced with a ride, an S&S Screamin' Swing would be perfect! Imagine swinging over the hillside. Just like at Liseberg.
