I don't know if you will read this. But here it is.My oldest brother passed away this year. 2023. I picked up his old Goya acoustic guitar. It has probably been in its case since the '70;s. It was never very playable. It was a factory second, and the neck was never set properly. Watching your videos has helped give me the skills I needed to do a neck reset on it myself, as well as a refret, and new nut.. It wouldn't have been financially feasable to pay someone like yourself to do it all. It plays pretty well now. I wish I could have done it while James was still alive. It is a valuable instument to me, as a reminder of a brother lost. I play it every now and then and think of him, as well as all the family that is gone. Of course I have to play a country song or two, as that was his style, more tham mine. Anyway, I ramble. Thanks for the information that made it all possible. Have a great next year.

I absolutely agree. I would never try something that's out of my comfort zone on an expensive guitar. I made a bridge insert (to replace the adjustable saddle) for my 65 Texan, after watching your video several times, and if I were going to glue it in, I may not have done it. I made a nice, snug fitting, insert. That way someone could take it back to stock when I'm gone. Wow did it change the sound for the better. Keep up the awesome videos.

Ted, you never cease to amaze me with your knowledge and the fact the history of the spruce trees made me both joy-as and sad at the same time. We planted a Christmas tree in the front yard of my family home when I was seven after it stood ever so small in the corner of the lounge surrounded with the gifts we shared.The home is no longer but the humble pine tree, is growing tall and proud as the developers had the for-site to leave it alone.A great 2024 to you and all........

While I'd love to work on Guitars, they are beyond my pay grade, but I have taken what I have learned from your craft and applied it to another instrument - I rebuild autoharps. Yes I know some mock them but particularly as my hands age, I find them a joy to play and have rebuilt a number and sold them on. As far as I know my customers are happy - and I am happy in my work. I hope 2024 will be a better year than the one we leave behind - we can all hope and work toward that.

I actually appreciate all of the shop infrastructure videos that Adam has done the past few years. Understanding how and why he organizes his shop the way he does has helped me reconsider how I manage storage and retrievability in my rather cozy space.
