I just substituted a for x/2 in the beginning then back at the end. Seemed much easier to me.

4 complexe roots and 2 real roots

Take the sixth root of both sides. X/2 =3. X=6. Not complicated at all.

is there any problem to see both got power of 6 so 3=x/2 x=3 times 2 x= 6

A 10 second answer is: x = 6 cis(2nπ/6) where n = 0,1,2,3,4,5

Did it in an instant by taking the sixth root of both sides. Trivial.

Yeah, +/- 6 are the real roots, but seems the complex roots are also required.
