Welcome to Springwood. Paul Mathews (Nicolas Cage) leads a happy, mundane life with his wife and two daughters. Incidentally, Paul also just happens to be one of the parents who killed Fred Krueger. Now the children of Springwood are having nightmares. Horrible, brutal dreams where they are tormented by a man named Freddy. Panic and fear spread through-out the town as children begin to die and the Nightmares run rampant. Are these just dreams? Or something more? One, Two. Freddy's coming for you.
