A Nighttime Cycling Workout on the Formula 1 Racetrack in Montreal to Prepare for Race Across Americ

Race Across America is the world's toughest bike race. Only 12 days from race day, this wacky training ride on Montréal's F1 Race Track (Circuit GIlles Villeneuve) is actually perfect way to dial in the details and to experience some unique elements that racing RAAM will deliver, without having any nasty surprises.
There are a few minor problems that come up along the way... one of which was poor planning on groceries...
(Lex Albrecht is a professional cyclist and member of Team One Mile for the 2021 edition of Race Across America. Lex was matched with cycling coach, Joy McCulloch through TrainingPeak's coach matching services. Joy helped Lex plan this experience to prepare for RAAM. Lex will be wearing the Sena R1 Evo Smart Cycling helmet during the race, to communicate with crew and riders on Team One Mile. The integrated rear helmet light will add additional safety, as night cycling is a part of this epic 24h, 'round the clock race that goes from Oceanside California to Annapolis Maryland.
