Lex was supposed to host the Preem Show again from Montreal... but she ran out of coffee. Lex rents a BIXI bike (Montréal's bike share program) to bring us on an urban cycling mission to get coffee beans. The bike ride destination: Montreal's cycling café, Le Club Espresso Bar.
Ali sits down with Ned Overend, a true mountain biking legend, with a global childhood that spanned the world. What started as being a car mechanic in Durango, Colorado with an itch for endurance sports, Ned's story to being the first XC World Champion this interview is not to be missed.
