I completely agree with all you said. He is a once in a lifetime singer and I don't know anyone who comes close to him. Not just his vocal abilities but his stage presence, 100% performances. His ability to touch you even if you can't understand what he's saying is so rare. I just wish he would perform some concerts in UK or France as some of us aren't in a fortunate position to travel far and I would love to see him live. Rarer still, there isn't one of his songs I don't like, apart from Uptown funk! 😂 but I forgive him that one! The song "SOS" on "I am a singer" will always have a VERY SPECIAL PLACE in my heart as that was the first song that I heard Dimash singing and immediately after listening to it, I dive head first into the world of Dimash, I wanted to learn everything that I could about him, I'm sad though because that was only 3 months ago so I've missed soooo much of his life and despite my hundred of hours I've devoted to him, I think I've barely chipped a small piece out of the iceberg 🙅‍♀️

Such a beautiful tribute to who Dimash truly is as a person. I live in Maryland, USA, and am saddened that Dimash does not get the recognition he so deserves here. I tell all of my friends about him and recommend that they just listen to him once and that will really amaze them. I even mentioned him to the nurse who was giving me my flu and Covid booster shots. I wrote down his name and a few recommendations for her. I guess being a great-grandmother, I would like to see him married and begin his family. Especially because of his great love for children. I think he would indeed be as great a husband and father as he is a performer and a human being.

@@ScottauchterlonieMusic I have hears several renditions of SOS, even the original, and Dimash outshines them all. The color in his voice, and how he phrases the song, is POETRY. Even some French reactors praise Dimash’s pronunciation efforts, and are very appreciative and kind, regarding his interpretation. I have heard SOS more times than I can count, but always el earn something new. The only couple bits you have missed that Dimash and his family do a lot of charity work helping with finances and opportunities to children and families in difficulties, performing concerts in children homes and elderly homes, helping with the food distribution during the pandemic. In 2022 Dimash was awarded with a commemorative medal by Pope Francis for his tireless promotion of peace and friendship among the nations. February this year Dimash has been appointed United Nations good will ambassador.❤✌️

What a beautiful "summary" or tribute to our Dimash, thank you! Appreciate this a lot! I'm here for the first time. Of course my first encounter with Dimash 4,5 years ago moved me incredibly, it was SOS from the Singer competition - a life changing moment. The pure beauty of his voice - I stopped breathing and tears ran down without recognizing... Another song with deepest impact was Qairan Elim, MV, so heart wrenching together with the incredible symbolic imagery, Dimash directed it... The next overwhelming song was "Your love", the sheer power and passion, the arrangement and instrumentation - I laughed and cried at the same time. When I watched The story of one sky I couldn't hardly stand it, the vid/song is so deeply sad, full of love and pain and desperation and anger.... Another one I can hardly stand is Daybreak - it is unbearable, the tragic story, the most beautiful song, Dimash's otherworldly singing, the perspective of the child, desperately screaming, Dimash's embodiment of the child... It breaks my heart... Well, only a few song which have a heavy effect on me, there are more... Do you know them all already? Hope to see you again! Much love from Germany 🙏

Yes our beloved Dimash is a wee bit perfectionistic.😂😂 Many people forget that most vocalists start to become famous in small ponds, then when they become a big fish, either stay in that pond their whole lives, or spread out to small areas of either other similar type ponds or focused areas of the Ocean. Dimash is one of the rare few in vocal history that has become successful in several ponds then is tackling the Ocean of cultural and language ponds all at once while also working on many other tasks that have little to do with music. I heard Dimaš for the first time when it was very difficult for me and when I was at one of the turning points in my life. His music attracted me and was excellent therapy, and then he as a person. An incredible voice that surprises with every song. In the world of show business, you rarely see a down-to-earth, realistic and pleasant person for the people around you, and that attracts you. Be a man first and then do whatever you want. And yes - for me he is the best and most versatile artist of all time.🥰🥰🥰

I will check this video. If you explore more of Lara catalog, you will realize that the way Dimash builds his songs, the way he interprets these has Lara as a source. Of course I am not saying he is copying her: he captured what he liked from her and made it his own, adding unique things from his artistry bag. But the influence is obvious. He covered her songs Adagio, Mademoiselle Hyde, Love of Tired Swans, Know/Vocalize. Both covered an old song from Igor: Love is like a dream. A great tribute to Dimash, the greatest singer ever !! I have always been a Bruce Lee fan. I draw similarities to Bruce and Dimash in that they have both thrown away the rule books and manuals to create something the World has never seen before. Bruce Lee's quote - "Using no way as way - having no limitation as limitation !! fits Dimash perfectly ! He is a master of the music world. SOS performance on The Singer2017 is my sentimental favorite - it was the first song I heard from Dimash and it just blew my mind . I have never heard anything like it in all my years of listening to music from all genres. It was like he touched my soul.
