Can’t believe the odds of brothers drawing once in a lifetime tags in back to back years! Crazy! Can’t wait for the film 🎥

Amazing how much social media influencers can add to the bottom line of a state's Game and Fish department. Ask the AZGFD where I'm from.

It’s kinda odd that influencers always have once in a life time tags when statistically it doesn’t make sense

I miss the days when Hushin did the semi live series:( now it seems like the footage of the actual hunt gets shorter and shorter and the footage from behind the scenes is all I can find of the new stuff. We want to watch the actual hunt!

Many ring manufacturers void your warranty if you lap the rings. Nightforce made that clear. But, ALL RINGS NEED TO BE LAPPED. They may make them true in the factory but by the time you place a pair on an action or rails, almost always they are not true with each other. I've personally never experienced scope rings that didn't need to be lapped since the 80s.

Bmac 18 inch/lbs buddy not lbs… i have mounted many scopes NF, Vortex, Lecia, Swarovski and many more brands to name a few. Lap every ring and making sure it’s perfect. Zero stops are set perfectly. Level is key to all scopes nothing more level than a plumb bob. Last thing the ammo it likes never change and hand loading is more accurate but new stuff is getting much better. Practice is key and long range shots will come easy. Wind is another animal to battle.. congrats Loggie on the bull moose beauty…

Nice bull!!! But do you know what crossed my mind when the guy got the moose cape up onto his back? It would SERIOUSLY SUCK if an inexperienced city folk "hunter" saw it bobbing up and down as he was packing it out. And that so called hunter just shot without verifying that it was actually a moose. Not a moose cape on a hunters back. And of course, a soft point hunting round into a human is probably 90% LIKELY A KILL SHOT. Personally, I would throw or zip tie an orange t-shirt or vest, or even just a hat onto the antlers so it could be seen by everyone. Yeah, I AM paranoid. but better paranoid and alive, than laying in the snow bleeding out. Even if it's your own property. People get turned around or trespass all of the time. I am seriously glad that you took the opportunity to do this. A moose hunt is always something I wanted to do. But I could never find the money. Now I am old, and broken so bad I can hardly walk. The only hunting I could ever do now, is squirrel hunt in my own back yard. But that's not legal here.

Practice the basics; sitting, kneeling, prone, & standing shooting positions. Apply correct breathing and trigger squeeze, then analyze results. I’m amazed at the number of shooters that have never studied and practiced these fundamental standards of rifle marksmanship, and call themselves “hunters”.

You are 100% right! Can’t be a good shot without the fundamentals.

@@gethushin oh freaking nice bull..I live in North Idaho haven't seen but a handful bigger in 50 years congrats Logan .. That pack reminded me when I was 12 a friend of my dad's killed a huge 7 point triple crowned bull elk I wanted to pack the horns with no head. Like 3 miles straight down ridges threw brush. They left me in the dust. That thing hung up on everything I finally cut it off my old school pack board and drug it and threw it over the brush to get it out.. In those days they only cared about the meat more so then the horns..
