A lot of clergy are which pisses me off when people are so judgemental against whatever religion. I'm agnostic and just believe as long as you aren't cruel or acting superior you are a good with me. I can't tell you how many atheists I've met who are hypocrites. It's like a FFA of who is worse.

Religion isn't the answer the Gospel is. This is the 1st thing my pastor said in the ist sermon I attended at the Nazarene church I attend now. I love non denominational churches they are fun and you learn so much. Not sure if Nazarene is considered non denominational but it is run the same. Conan's podcasts are a must watch.

Nazarenes are their own denomination, descending from the Wesleyan-Holiness tradition. Most non-denominational churches however are Evangelical, so they're closely related to denominations like the Nazarenes, Baptists; etc

I am on board with this. I grew up in a nondenominational church. When it started to lean too much toward pentecostal doctrine and felt more religious than Biblical, I ended up finding a new church home. And that has been the same experience at my current church. There is a structure to it, yes. Worship services, announcements, sermon, etc, but the pastor dresses casual, as does the congregation. I like your wording here that the answer is the Gospel not religion. I would add that it is relationship not religion. It's not about what we do; it's about who we know.
