Hi Pete, I just turned 60. I was a concrete worker for many many years which broke my body down. If I was smart enough to watch you when you first started your you tube channel I would be out of the five boroughs of NYC and living like you guys. I absolutely love your channel . My wife and I watch your videos over and over. THANK YOU BOTH FOR BRINGING SUCH JOY TO US . I know you guys are working hard and we appreciate it. God bless you both and your children and your animals.

Pete, have you ever thought of making a video to play on repeat for customers at the farmers market? Showing the animals/birds enjoying life in the pasture followed by a clip on how you prepare a cut of your meat? Just clips of cows, cooking, birds, cooking, pigs, cooking, repeat?

My 87 year old dad just passed on July 2. Terminal cancer. The day before he passed we were all kidding and joking around with each other (especially him). Yes it was very sad but he was in good spirits until the end. You just keep up the joking and laughter always. 😊

Hi Pete & Hillary from SC. Hot here. I like the way the cows "moo" at you & just follow (mosey) along when you call them. They talk a lot. The new calves are so cute, I like that color. Those piglets are so funny to watch; running & hiding from you. All those chickens rushing out the door when you open up the hutch does remind me of the end of the school day, as another viewer commented. Flowers for your lady...sweet! 💐❤🐖🐷🐮🐄🐔🐣🐥🐤🐓🦃

That calf's offering to your shirt reminded me of the days on the ranch when we youngsters had the dubious honor of herding the cattle into the branding chute. That entailed using the cow's tail as guiding tool by wrenching it up and around. They moved, but they let your know they didn't appreciate it in the same way your little one did to you. That and stepping on your boots---and our muck boots weren't hard toed, either. I'm 78 and still have the visible effects of a hoof on a toe! Thanks for the memories---I think. . . .🙂

We had mostly pork on the farm. I'll take a pork chop over a steak any day. I also make what is called Smothered Pork Chops. It's made with up of a gravy made with onions and sugar poured over the chops and baked (covered) for over an hour. The meat falls apart and gets the flavor of the gravy throughout. 😊😊😊

Pete, we enjoy watching and learning from your videos. Neither my husband or I were raised on a farm so we have a lot to learn. We are in the process of closing our business so my husband can focus more on farming (I will still be working full time at the hospital). Since I’m the medical one I am responsible for all the medications. I would really enjoy watching an episode on you working your animals (cows and pigs) to see how/when you vaccinate and worm and what products you like to use. Maybe some information on feed and supplements. Just thought I would throw this out there, as I’m sure you always need new video coverage. Thanks for all the knowledge and entertainment that you continuously provide.
