Hope you recover quickly with no lasting effects. My husband and I had it in 2020. I had a milder case similar to yours but he was in hospital icu, long term care and a nursing home for 4 months. But now he's been back to working since the middle of 2021. His energy level is not optimal but we're thankful for the restoration of his health.

Hello Pete, Yesterday I watched an older video from April 7th 2021 where you were cutting hay. You had just received your first dose on Covid Vaccine. You made a head covering from aluminum foil so you could not be tracked by the satellite's. I love your sense of humor. I was sitting there laughing like crazy. Keep making outlandish videos. We all love to watch life on the farm the way you show it. Thank you.

Glad to see you're up and about Mr. Pete. You're exactly right. A farmer can't call in sick. One of the worst colds I ever had was one summer years ago when I was raising tobacco. It was right in the middle of harvest season and I had to work through it. The livestock are looking great and the pasture is coming back.

Love your content. My wife worked for an architect office for about 10 years, most of the Architects there were pretty unhappy with their jobs. one guy quit and got a hot dog trailer and sold hotdogs at football games said he was making as much as an intern architect, plus he added that he was so much happier. I love following you daily grind you seem happy even though like you said farmers don't get a day off. I know we had a small farm as well but sold it. Now I'm living in purgatory subdivision. oh yeah! Covid sucks big time. glad your better.

My husband worked cattle on a friends farm for awhile. The farmer had an AWESOME cow...she'd calve every season and was a good mom. She had one problem...she had been abused by a previous owner. So, she had a fear of humans. Because of that fear, she taught the calves and other cows the fear, too. Unfortunately, she ended up going to the butcher. He couldn't have a cow that was teaching the other cows bad habits. It was a sad day. He actually got a little choked up when he dropped her off. But, it was the best for the herd. I LOVE your "day in the life" videos. It puts a smile on my face and makes for a good day after watching it. Keep them a coming...and get to feeling better soon!
