I’ve been listening to this every morning sometime twice for months now. I often do it in the afternoon too. It is the one that works for me. This week I have began to naturally let go of thoughts through out my day.Like you say it’s “transforming”🙏🏻 I’ve been through a lot recently and this feels like the answer to finding my freedom I’ve been searching for all my life! So Sunny I want too thank you from the bottom of my heart by healing me you are helping so many others as I take care of my mother and work in mental health. Bro I've been trying to figure out how to meditate for years now. I just couldn't understand, like I was focus on my breathe and listen to noise but didn't know if I was supposed to keep my attention on my breathe and try to watch my thoughts at the same time . Or listen and focus on my breathe and watch my breathe at the same time, you get what I mean. I would just go along overthinking everything and end up having huge headaches after every meditation. I would just end up being more anxious and depressed at the end of the day lmao. I just wanted to say thank you for breaking it down normally , everyone else tries to explain everything in the most complicated way, but I appreciate how you go into detail about how to just observe. Btw I have derealizaton/depersonlization which makes my thoughts a lot more obsessive and repetitive, constantly overthinking every little detail 24/7. I even overthink in my dreams

@@selfinquiryschool There are many channels I like that have helped me on my manifestation and awareness journey, but this is literally my favorite channel. It has something different about it. I think mainly the in depth explanations and the effort put into it have made it unique. So while I enjoy so many channels on KZbin, this one is the one channel that I consider life changing

Same things encountering me on mind level, which I experienced 2 years back… same anxiety same thought pattern… unable to sleep body is in flight fight mode…. And self blame/mind is doing that you are in square 1 no progress has been done…..how can I deal with such mind making stories😊 hope I will get the ans

Why do I manifest the opposite of my intention in some cases? Is this also because of excess potential? On noticing this pattern, I started intending what I do not intend such that I get the opposite of it which is what I do intend. And it has interestingly worked :/ How do I correct it? Please help!
