The abhorrence that Carisi and Benson felt for the judge was undeniable. Carisi’s a good prosecutor, but he knew that this was going to be a difficult case to prove and it was going to challenge the whole squad. The judges’s excuse for keeping the journal on his stepdaughter and his wife’s cover-up of her daughter’s molestation was stomach turning to say the least. I’m surprised Carisi kept his cool. I think this was a good episode on Carisi’s character. He’s a good man, a good husband and a good father. Peter Scanavino does a great job portraying him. I enjoyed this episode and I think season 26 is off to a good start.

If you have watched the episode, the mother made him write that horrible journal of the abuse so she had leverage over him. She should ve gone jail with him only cus she wanted the money and the tittle of being a “judges wife”

@@ctbtv1047 yes, I watched and yes, I agree. The wife should have gone to prison also. The crime was beyond the statute of limitations. Carisi fought to incarcerate the judge, but I believe his hands were tied when it came to the wife.
