Wonderful to see a new video, Mr. Evans! I am working as a chef on the Gulf Coast of the United States, and your videos have always been a source of inspiration. Back in the mid 1970s, I used to dig razor clams on the beaches of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, USA and bring them to my 90 year old grandfather to cook up into a white chowder. And wild blueberries to my mom for muffins. Life was great when you could wild harvest what was taught to you and then bring it to an adult who would work their magic.
