Why is the breadcrumbs yellow does it have flavouring in. And thanks for letting us know about cleaning them after in the fridge for a couple of days to make them more tender

I would have kept the other lobster...freezers are made for lobsters...crab...prawns...ormers...etc

Great forage, Jay. The ormers looked great. Maybe with a toasted bun with a cheese slice and a mayo or another sauce. Just a thought?

Question, here in the US for most places if they find a female lobster with eggs they notch the tail so it doest get harvested and continues to breed and keep the population healthy, is there anything like that in place in the UK?
