I have a Fingal. Its built in 1964 but in verk good condition. Its a rugged boat, heavy for its size but strong and goes best in a little more wind, like 15-20 knots. I love it and i will never sell it.

I like it....I went to the ad for it but it is all in Swedish. I live in Orlando Florida so I would have to pay to get it transported. Lots of questions about the boat!

@@dare28 Thank You...I just looked up the cost to transport a sailboat across the Atlantic and it would be more than the cost of the boat. If I lived in Europe I would definitely take a serious look at the boat. The ad did say it had a little bit of hull damage from grounding so that would be something to look at.

I sold my 40' Hunter Passage last summer after spending 4 years sailing 4K miles. If I ever return to the sea, I'll buy a small bought like this. It's so true about larger boats costing so much more in every way. I hope you film your new adventures! Oh, Wind Hippie Sailing is currently doing a circumnavigation on a small boat like this!

Hi. Very good tips…. which is the headroom in the cabin to fingal 28 ? I m 1.80 and I like to stand up inside . Can you give more info about the headroom to the sailboats you are showing us ? especially ones under 30 ft

Thanks Bozmargh! Headroom in the Fingal is about 1.78. so quite standard when it comes to older boats in this size. So you would have to bend your legs just slightly ;)

There is no plastic only epoxy composite its epoxy fiber glass . Check before you say something. Nice movie about boats

Polyester fiber glass is useless on sea i think, its taking a salt water. Evry sea boat is made from epoxy fiberglass.
