Aup Mike, finally got time to sit down and watch the video, smoking along with a pipe. The trip looks to have been fantastic mate, great start to it, nothing like messing about in boats👍. I'm just off the river Trent where I live so I'm going to have to get myself my own little boat and finally get on the water too. Looks like a great trip! Lake paddling looks like a lot of fun. Nice and calm. Here in the PNW, we have almost exclusively river paddling which, as you know, is adifferent animal. Gotta love those river currents. LOL Cheers!

The bugs were good. Around 8:30 at night you could hear the roar in the woods and knew they were going to get bad but always went to sleep around 8:30. So bugs were surprisingly good. No fishing. It’s so much for an out of state fishing license. I would rather just enjoy the view and paddle around.
