To add a bit of realism, your priorities should be 1. Arrivals 2. Departures 3. Pushbacks in that order. If there’s a lot of traffic and you’re getting overwhelmed, work your way through the aircraft in that order. This way you don’t end up with preventable go-arounds

Alaska HAD A321neos, but they were retired in 2023. I believe a couple of them were sold to American and Delta.

I wish the game designers include more realistic approach instructions for arriving aircraft. "Continue approach. Number two to land." Only one aircraft on apporach should be given the clearance to land at a particular runway and only when any other landed aircraft are vacating the runway.

How do you realize your standup moving? I mean when you stand up, look at the plane and zoom in.

How do real ATC cope with the volume of traffic and not stepping over pilots reading back I wonder? Anyone got any insight, or is it just with this sim one person is controlling too much and it is easier when there is ground control helping too.

In real life at a big airport like LAX, you’d have multiple ramp controllers who control pushbacks and planes pulling into the gate, multiple ground controllers who control planes to and from the runways, and multiple tower controllers who control takeoffs and landings. That’s 6+ (probably way more than just 6) active frequencies at once, effectively reducing the speaking amount by 6x or more on one frequency so that there are time for readbacks

I'm pretty sure I run it on Medium graphics with all additional items off, anti-aliasing on TAA. Camera is set to "Hold Alt" to look at aircraft.
