as a trans girl the horse urine jumpscare was INCREDIBLY funny-i’m sure a lot of others have already said it in the comments but that actually was used in an older form of hormone therapy! the end product is called “premarin” which is literally short for “pregnant mare urine”. yeah there’s not really any sugarcoating it lmao. i don’t really know what they did to it to make it human-safe treatment or how they even discovered that worked in the first place but i promise it’s 100% okay. some older trans folks even still use it because it’s what they’re used to! anyway, it made my day to see such a funny, interesting, and cursed part of our history honored in this mod, i was NOT expecting that
