My ejector broke loose twice....stupid mill cuts too deep, taking off the sidewall and threads holding the set screw.... my dealer said just to put loctite..... still breaks loose....ejector almost damaged my bcg and got stuck in my upper....its a poor design.....most other ar45s have 2 set screws holding in the ejector, and have complete thread walls.

Have you tried contacting FM? I would be very surprised if they don't make it right with you.

@@LoadsofBacon I first talked to my local dealer I bought if from, then emailed FM directly....They said loctite should be fine, but still a problem a year later and no change or resolution from them...Damn thing jams a lot too, (which is a know issue based on several online post) they just told me to shoot steel case only....since hollow points or brass tend to jam 50% of the time. Honestly I got the fm45 complete and fully assembled from foxtrot mike, and have had QC issues from day one...They havent stand behind there product. It sitting in my safe because it not safe to shoot honestly....

Contact them again about the jams. I had the same issue. They will send you a new bolt. The new bolt made my jamming issue go away.

@@LoadsofBacon So I contacted them again, they asked me to take a picture of my bolt, and to oil my upper...They also listed a bunch about the buffer weight and hi-cap mags....Im in 10rd limit state, and the buffer was provided with the gun....Since then, no response.... Basic Im getting same treatment last time. Just bunch of run-around....When you buy a complete gun, you expect it to work.
