Good Morning Chef Jeff..I have enjoyed this video. I'm still in the hospital. I can say I am feeling better. I have been talking to the hospital Chaplin and he has been a great help. The good Lord is an excellent counselor. I have found going over what I was going through helps and dissecting everyday that I was so low has helped me figure out what I need to do different to keep from getting in a mood. I look forward to getting out of this hospital LOL. I want to Thank the Old School Soul Food, KZbin family for giving me words of encouragement and the prayers.
