A QUICK SNATCH | Jobbing around day

A bit of a mixed bag of plumbing jobs in this one, we have an immersion swap, I show you how I fill up an underfloor heating system and I have look at a new job where I start to get things drained down and stripped out.

Proper old school that heat exchanger and the coal lorry. Looks like it’s been a bit of a bodge. Proper 70’s bathroom suite.

I expected a lot more water to come out of that cylinder when you snatched the immersion. I might try it One day 😂😂

They tend to hold back on an air lock, I wouldn't try it though in an house or if the water was hot, I also knew this would come out Ok being fairly new, sometimes a completely failed element will warp a bit making it hard to get out the hole, thanks for watching as always

Hi Tom, a nice take out there Tom, like yourself I always enjoy examining the old pipe work while removing it. It’s even better when it’s time to weigh it all in. The underfloor heating jobs are always interesting for me, I haven’t done much of that and I’m a bit to old to get involved now. You can measure to see if the immersion is knackered mate. Power off your looking for about 20 ohms or check for an earth leak. Great one as usual

I couldn't quite remember how to check them to be honest, this one was constantly tripping the RCD and was under warranty so I just changed it, thanks for watching as always 👍

Brave man taken that immersion snatch on 🤣 I’ve seen those immersion just spaghetti and become a nightmare to come out so many times , as a heating engineer even I had anxiety 😅

Sorry about the adverts mate, from the 1st of November creators will get more say on where adverts are put in the video, even when I turn them off they still appear on the videos, I guess google has to make money because of all the server space these videos take up, I make very little money from them, and I I'm not sponsored in any way so the actual videos themselves are not one big advert for a product if that makes sense
