I was a master tech at Mercedes and ended up stocking many of those, it usually is preloaded in tensioner

It would be a good idea to bring it to TDC, if you end up changing the chain as well, otherwise pump is not timed. Thank you so much for checking. May God bless you abundantly

What did you use as a pin? I don’t want whatever I use breaking of in there and becoming a problem
