Stepping away from the screen is always heathly, you are a person first and foremost. As you can see, a lot of people wish you nothing but the best and want you to succeed. sometimes the best thing you can do for them is take time for yourself. From one creator to another, I totally understand what the gamification of content can do. Add in life, and it makes for a wild concoction that needs constant balance and maintenance. Get well, Bear. When I need to clear my head, I pack a lunch, some water, and head to the woods for a good walk. If I still smoked a pipe, I would pack it to. Nature helps me to recentre and refocus.
