They did the same thing to the Altered Carbon tv series. The first two seasons of Altered Carbon with the white lead were excellent. Then the diversity police decided to have a black lead for season 3 and it all turned to shit.

@@skillfuldabest the Director of the first two movies and the actors and some of the writers said since movie one they planned to have a movie with a whole new cast you don’t know what woke is it’s not forced. this is a whole new cast with a whole new story line with one black, female lead, and a white male lead. I don’t know how that’s forced. So what you’re telling me is that you would want to have a new storyline with all white characters, I’m srry in the real world, especially America. It has many different ethnicities, so that wouldn’t make sense for another movie with a new cast to have all white people in it when this is about an alien invasion that attacks everyone around the world, it is inevitable that we would get black leads in this type of movie. I don’t know if you’re a child or an uneducated man or woman, but do your research. I would understand if the whole new cast was all black or whatever that’s forced, but we literally have one character that is black and a side character that is black and the rest cast are white because if you look at the credits and you look up the cast for this movie it’s s majority white. So if two black characters, one main and one side character makes you say woke then my God I will pray for you seriously that is very weak minded. And I’m a Republican and you are complaining about two characters of color😂😂😂😂 I might have messed up on some words because I’m bout to go to sleep.
