A Ramble about Bookish Expectations

After reading the latest Murakami novel I began thinking about that I liked it even though there was a lot of stuff I should not have enjoyed at all based on preferences and earlier experiences. So I thought I´d speak about my thoughts on the subject of expectations and reading.

That Bergen is the most beautiful city, that is Your opinion. For me beautiful cities /towns begin north of the Artic circle 😁( living in the north myself)

Looking over your shoulder, it looks like there might be like 3 pair of skis leaning up against that cabinet. As you know, I live in a cornfield in the Midwest, and I think that might be the most skis I've ever seen at one time😄

Haha, there is probably the same amount of sports related items in that shot as there are books in my shelves at home.. And all the skis have their purpose I am told..
