I wish you some spring soon! I've been in the mountains for a few days and it's rained non-stop until today! Got to finally enjoy a bit of sun (super nice even if it's chilly up here), but leaving already tomorrow (although heading to the coast of Spain, so I might even get a taste of summer already!) -- I'll send some sunny vibes your way

Thanks! I don’t know how you experienced the rain, but I love the transition between rain and sun in the mountains. Everything feels more vibrant or life like. At least that is the pictures I have in my head right now.. Enjoy the sun and thanks for sending some my way.

Would you say it’s a better starting point than A Clockwork Orange?

@@becomingabookworm that's a hard call, A Clockwork Orange is a full on experimental novel; The Kingdom of the Wicked is historical fiction at its best.

Then the latter might be more up my alley. I have not yet seen the movie adaptation of the first one, would be fun to read the novel first.

@@becomingabookworm Sexus is good but it's after his climax as an artist. It's honest and pure but not necessarily inspired.

That makes sense.. it’s an edition that is a “Norwegian book club” kind of thing. Seems like many of the books published for this thing are from authors later catalog. So the later bestsellers of what might call them.
