You are like the definition of balance, always doing what your body needs whether it’s a high intensity workout or a day of rest. It also shows in how you eat. Please if your watching this know if you need more food than this then don't be scared to eat more. Every body is different and some may need more or less. If you eat less than what your body needs it can be very harmful to all organs and can cause them to stop working. PLEASE IM BEGGING YOU do not copy this if you are still hungry. Don't get me wrong Anna seems so sweet and ik she's a real human with feelings not just an influencer but I say this for other young people watching this and reading the encouraging comments...no this isn't normal for the vast majority. One burger in a blue moon doesn't make this balanced. I really don't understand why she's excluded from constructive honest criticism. Considering her career is working out...HOW is this enough ? It seems like a dangerously low amount calorically and macronutrient wise and nothing about these reels are realistic ... I suffer from thin pcos because I watched influences like her all during lockdown and accepted this lifestyle is healthy and goals but it is a lie. It's dangerous...

Tip - Just because her version of healthy is more clean eating doesn’t mean ur has to be! She feels good an satiated with the coconut bar don’t feel guilty if you want ice cream or a cookie after a meal! No food is a bad food !!!

I don't like the fact that all these people are criticizing her for being transparent about what she eats. It would be one thing if she was asking for tips/opinions on whether it's enough food or ok or whatever, but that is clearly not the purpose of the video. And yeah maybe it wouldn't be enough for some people who have a different body type, health conditions, etc but I don't think it's fair to judge her! Sometimes I eat small portions for some meals and larger portions for other meals, sometimes healthy foods and sometimes not so much, etc and also work out and feel like I have plenty of energy throughout the day, so if that's how she feels too, maybe it's right for her and not necessarily you. She is in NO way telling people it's bad to eat more than that, so it seems like people are just looking for reasons to hate on her "what I eat" videos.

Meanwhile me who eats omelette with bacon, avocado and tomatoes for breakfast, sushi for lunch, Greek yogurt with honey, berries, nuts and granola for snack time and curry for dinner: 🤡 Seriously though, I eat more than her and I’m younger than her AND workout quite a lot. She mustn’t be starving eating that little for a grown woman. It doesn’t matter how aesthetic or healthy her meals are, I would be starving by the end of her breakfast.

Your personal diet seems like a very normal diet to me, you need energy to survive so eat whatever and how much you want because it's only up to you. Don't compare with people and especially with fitness influencers who sometimes promote restrictive diets and not fueling enough. Everyone is different so you do you 😊👍🏻

The jar helps to transport the salad so it doesn't get soggy. It is supposed to be poured out and eaten, the jar itself isn't just a fad, which most people mistake it for and eat out of it.

Why use an additional bowl when you can just eat out of the jar? It’s more convenient to eat out of the jar and it’s one less dish to wash. There’s nothing wrong with following a trend, especially if it’s also pragmatic.

ANNA! I love love love your videos! they help me so much!! recently though i feel like i go to the gym or i work out i eat healthy and i still get bloated and feel self conscious about my stomach. Idk how to fix it and what i should do bc it’s like i’d rather not eat so i’m not bloated then to eat (obviously i do haha) but i can’t help but hate it! any advice?!

Try fixing your posture and see if you have a pelvic tilt! (look it up, there are some videos on it). When we have a pelvic tilt, it appears as if our lower belly protrudes, and no amount of exercise can make it go away, but practicing good posture can. Also, if it is a bloating issue, ginger tea (sometimes with lemon) works for me, but from other people I've heard 1. apple cider vinegar and 2. greens powder. I haven't tried those two however so I do not know if they work. Good luck!

Hi! I eat crisps a lot (I’m a healthy weight) but I can’t seem to stop as i like them a lot. I would love to eat like this but I still enjoy them. Do you have any tips? I’m also a teenager still in school and my mum cooks my dinner so we tend to have easy things quite frequently, since she is so busy. Like chips and burgers or nuggets. How can I add things to my meal to make them more nutritious? Edit: we are also vegan!
