Listen to me, ‘Stay with me’ by Meiko. She is tuned so badly to the point that one of my friends thought that she was just a wonky vocaloid that didn’t work well, until I showed her Kowase Kowase, which I believe to be one of her best songs. the high notes sound like she’s desperately calling for help and it’s overall not in her range, and it makes me mad because people can’t seem to understand when it’s best to use a certain vocaloid. iigh

The Infinity Series is basically a guy testing out Miku, and there are 4 endings. The Disappearance of Hatsune Miku being where she gets deleted, one song where Miku is getting deleted but is saved by a computer virus, stopping her from getting deleted. An ending where Miku simply gets abandoned, which could mean her voicebank doesn't get released, or she's kept on the owner's computer but is never used. The Intense Voice of Hatsune Miku is the ending where Miku eventually gets deleted but she accepts her fate, being happy, but is later re installed.

On Creep-P, the biggest issue with his songs is word stress. Every time I hear ANY of his songs, I have a violent urge to cover it with the syllables in the proper place. Based on his music, I don't think he's ever taken a music theory or diction class, or at least not enough to understand strong and weak beats and syllables. He could be a fantastic producer if he just took the time to learn basic theory.

Also you should check out the producer R.i.p A few of their songs are on sound cloud and the rest of them are on their KZbin. They're a young producer (like 14-16 range) and I think they have a pretty good talent for this! Alright I have to admit, I love Kaito's original version and hate Miku's remake. I was genuinely shocked that the producer somehow made Kaito sound like a girl and I really enjoyed it. The Miku version just sounds too robotic and her voice is too clear (never thought I'd make that complaint ever) and it doesn't help that my HCs fit perfectly for Kaito but conflict with Miku

I think the reason Cree-P's lyrics tend to sound rushed is because he bases so many of them off of horror franchises and creepypastas. They're stories that have a lot of content and references to make and he just tries to push all of it into a three minute song.

I'm going to say something from two songs to defend One, The Intense of Hatsune Miku. Since it's my vocaloid song near The Dissapearance of Hatsune Miku, At least 2018 remake did really better than the old one however I gave the old one apprecation. The fast lyrics are amazing and I like the orchestral sounds and the BIG climax of the song. It did some amazing payoff! Two, Okaasan. おかあさん is one of the most amazing songs I ever hear of how creepy it is, It's like a warning song where Miku tells us that something was coming and that is Okaasan. The "おかあああああああああああさああんんん" part made me feel umcomfortable because I felt like her mother was absolutley choking Miku. that's all for today, Just generally shocked thoose songs are added to the list.

Creep isnt my favorite either but they have potential, and it seems its showing as of recent! Their song "dogwalk" kinda shows theyve been improving! An issue i used to have with creep (and still kinda do) was how theyd use vocals that really dont suit the songs he writes, i really liked "creative"s instrumental but kaito and avanna didnt sell it sadly for me But theyre starting to improve, and i cant wait to see what else they make.

personally, I like fear garden and it unsettles me because of the strange pitching and out of place lyrics. it throws you around to different parts of the story while the vocals and instrumental are pitched in a kind of distort-y way, which is something people aren't used to. the snapping between pitches feels jarring and unsettling, which is what it's supposed to do. I like okaasan for the same reason except okaasan doesn't change the distort-iness (idk how else to describe it sorry lol) in the vocals and instead plays around with the instrumental's speed and pitching. other than that I completely agree with the rest of the list and I respect your opinions!

I think it's funny that the tuning of Kagamine Rin in Fear Garden is actually really good. The tone (or the way she executes her melodies and the fucked up harmonies) is obviously awful, but the way Rin sounds makes her sound less like a mosquito like she does in most cases and more like Asami Shimoda intended for her to sound!

My heart almost BURSTED when you put Okaasan in the honourable mentions because I CANNOT STAND THAT SONG, IT’S MESSED UP, IT’S ANNOYING AND I’M SO GLAD SOMEONE AGREES WITH ME, also good list even tho it’s pretty much the same as the original one but with Mommy replacing Denparadigm but it’s not a big deal (tho I really do like Mommy AND Denparadigm unless it’s Project Diva then I hate Denparadigm) Aside from that I pretty much agree with all of your picks (except maybe Iya Iya Seijin, I just find that song dumb in a hilarious way, the original Entomologists cause I haven’t heard that, the remake is amazing tho and Intense Voice of Hatsune Miku, IT’S TOO ICONIC FOR ME TO HATE)

.... Iya Iya Seijin is actually my guilty pleasure lol. I know a lot of people hate it but I find the song oddly adorable, and I find it oddly rhythmic. (For me it’s kinda on the same level as Popipo.) Edit: Oh god someone remembered Story of a poor rabbit. That is always top of my list so I’m so happy someone else covered it.

The whole thing is that I like bad music because it’s sort of comforting even out of vocaloid Literally some of my favorite songs are from 100Gecs and that’s a whole mess to argue about but I just find bad sounds comforting
