in this video, i share my personal journey of learning to trust that everything will be okay, even when i don’t have it all figured out. for years, i’ve felt stuck-physically, mentally, and emotionally-but i’m beginning to understand that growth doesn’t happen all at once. sometimes, it's about taking small, consistent steps forward, even when it feels hard.
we’re all a work in progress, and that’s perfectly okay. i hope this video serves as a reminder that you don’t have to have it all together to move forward. embracing self-compassion, taking one step at a time, and trusting the process are the keys to personal growth and transformation.
if you’ve ever felt overwhelmed or like you’re not sure where to start, i’m sharing what i’m learning about being gentle with ourselves while we grow. let’s support each other on this journey!

This is so relatable and the timing of this message is on point for me. I’ve been pondering over similar thoughts. Since I’ve been going to therapy it’s helped me to have a deeper look at myself and I realized that I get easily frustrated when I don’t see a big change or even when I feel like I can’t make a big change. I’m starting to realize that the consistent baby steps are the ones that matter the most. I’m working really hard to being more consistent in certain areas of my life and so now I’ve shifted my focus on building up my confidence in the capacity that I have to be consistent by doing the small things. Even if it’s simple like … flossing my teeth everyday. Overtime that will help me gain the confidence that I can be consistent in other aspects of my life as well such as taking the steps towards my dreams and goals.

so happy this resonated with you, davika. it’s wild how we often go through similar situations as others without even knowing it. i definitely relate to the frustration when it feels like things aren’t changing fast enough, but those small, consistent steps really do add up over time. sending you all the love and support on your journey - we’re both in this together!
