The plaintiff says she was roommates with the defendant for a short time, but she had to move out because the woman was so spiteful and bossy. Now she claims she can’t get some of her belongings back, so she’s suing. The defendant claims the plaintiff stole items, owes bills, and got verbal and physical with her, so she kicked her out. She’s countersuing for money she’s owed.

I feel like when people know someone is disabled they automatically see them in some kinda different light. "Oh they have struggles, bless them, they must be so strong and have such a good heart". And yes while it may be a pretty logical step to think someone who goes through struggles, would have more care and compassion than someone who doesn't (as theyve never had to experience it), its not always the case. Disabled or not, some people are just professional d*ckheads 🤣

These women need to be in some kind of supervised housing. They have marginal social skills at best. There should be some social service visits at the very least to ensure their health and legal needs are being met. Too many of us need extra help with our ADL’s, the aged, the illiterate etc. Yet corporations keep raking it in and Social Services get cut.

I was just listening to the audio of this at first and thought that both of them were little girls when I heard their voices. But then as the case went on I observed a few things that clearly explains why they are both not wrapped too tight and clearly extremely mentally regressed: 1. 3rd grade reading level girl raised her left hand when being sworn in. 2. Thinking that the a letter written by her boyfriend stating how much money he paid is actually acceptable “proof.” 3. Pooping on the floor, not once but twice, because you didn’t make it to the bathroom in time because you were too engaged in the video game you were playing is behavior that toddlers exhibit.

This is actually a really sad case. It’s obvious that the system has failed them both. We need more PCAs for people with disabilities and we need more resources to help people out of homelessness. In both cases education needs to be better and we need more programs that help with that.

You also have to be taught that it’s disgusting. You had some outside influence outside of yourself to be clean, some people don’t have that and doesn’t mean they are bad people. I understand those utility security amounts can become hefty, especially if your credit isn’t stellar (I’ve had to pay them more than once)... but.... yikes. Priorities. 🙅‍♀️ And if you need a homeless person to put your utilities for YOUR house in their name...because they have more money/credit than you... I see people just like her all day long at work. If you yourself volunteered within your community you would see it too.
