Never thought about the possibility of Ruin being a prequel, and Mr. Unserious definitely puts up a good argument. I still think it’s a sequel, but it would be cool if Ruin is a second round of what caused the first emergency, maybe giving us some more backstory. Great video!

There are definitely 2 of 6 endings that directly lead to severe damage of the Pizzaplex, and the building is unstable enough that in any event, it will collapse again even if you get the other 4 endings, unless intensive repairs are done. The fact that it's already been ruined and not fully repaired is compelling, however and something that's been long overlooked. It was great to finally get a chance to share my thoughts and discoveries and I have to thank Zantorm for being willing to share his platform and audience with me.

I know right that blew my mind, and it also kinda explains why we have so many building sites in the Pizzaplex even tho the place is known to have been open for quite some time, the broken elevator in the entrance, the corridor leading to rockstar row, the backstage leading to the auditorium, the greenroom in the west arcade, the whole Roxy raceway, etc... if the place has already been operating for so long, how come that there still are so many working sites? I do still think that RUIN is a sequel BUT this is something to keep in mind, also this could mean we could possibly get a second DLC in the future (A prequel) if RUIN turns out to actually be a Sequel, there is just too much lore behind the origins of the pizzaplex, including the first missing children we see during the escape ending. I like SB more each day!

@@dj03 The escape ending paper is not just children missing, it says "Local Residents" which implies age is not a factor in who's taken, or at least that it's not limited to just children this time. If it was kids, you'd expect the headline to reflect that as it would sensationalize the story more then the more general "Residents" would.

it would actually make sense if its a prequel because what if it was before bonnie gets scarrped but after afton uses his uses bonnie body for himself bingo the enternity is left and tht very well could be bonnie but without his endoskelton like glitchtrap

While i doubt ruin will be a prequel, Unserious holds quite a few good points, tbh I wouldnt mind it being a prequel, as it could give more answers to SB (specifically GGY and Glitchtrap / mimic / whatever lol)

WAIT now that I think about the prequel theory, during the escape ending we see some missing children on a newspaper Gregory uses to cover himself. The fifth person LOOKS just like Cassie, a girl with pigtails... Am I crazy? Could this be another confirmation that RUIN is a prequel?

Very interesting theories! I for one think that it is not glitchtrap controlling Gregory in the DLC But rather it is the mimic mimicking gregory to lure cassie deeper below the pizzaplex. I also propose the theory that the rabbit entity we see near the end of the trailer is still in fact the mimic but in a new twisted form that is both too humanoid to be a rabbit but is not quite a human either, almost as if the mimic is mimicking 2 different things at once (possibly afton and springbonnie or Afton and Glamrock Bonnie)

I can’t wait for like you say, a probable deeper look at kid’s cove . I still want to know whom or what is banned :( 😂. Also hoping that there is some kind of big Foxy reference or interaction somewhere behind the scenes there and they just didn’t want to spoil too much in the trailer.

Don't worry, a glamrock foxy and kids' cove theory will happen eventually, I have the theory written down, but it's not my main focus right now

Also, the ending music in the Afton ending is called "true ending" let alone the fact that it's labeled as canon in the switch port, so Ruin has to be a sequel? Right? Lol

Personally I believe that the Mimic endo had association with the Stickynote room and there are *some* things that tie in with Charlie but that's probably very explainable, and thank God Scott is going to be more in on the story

I wouldn't thank god for scott's involvement, considering the contents of the short stories. I think we're gonna be looking at a very goofy-ah plot when everything is fully revealed. We're talking shit so stupid, people will come up with alternative timelines and plots just to convince themselves the canon from the first six games was retained.

I absolutely love Security Breach. I purchased it when it first came out, but unfortunately my computer wouldn't run it. 😢 I had to get a refund from steam. I'm hoping to get a PS5 soon and play it that way! I've watched so many play through videos and I would love to be able to do my own exploration. There are so many things I wanna look at myself and try. Like there was that atm in Monty Golf that would say "requires item" it could've been a glitch but I have some ideas as to what that item could be.

I don’t think it’ll be a prequel, idk about that, but another thing, I know I keep saying this but I hope we save and repair the Glamrocks from the virus in Ruin while still also having the horror factor, they deserve to be redeemed imo.

@@Zantorm Some of his points were interesting but I’m still not convinced either, I’ve also seen people theorize that we might play as Gregory too, like the part where Cassie says “Gregory run!” The game may switch over to his POV, like with Cassie, she could be working on undoing the virus from Roxy, Chica and Monty and Gregory could be looking for Freddy while avoiding The Blob and The Mimic. That’s just my theory. If Gregory really is still in the Pizzaplex that is.

I feel like ruin dlc is not a prequel because fazbear entertainment is way too fucking cheap to repair a ruined building; they literally built the pizza plex above the old fnaf 6 location i don't think they're going to even think of fixing a location even if it was fixed poorly
