Camavor is not the Shadow Isles. We actually dont hear much about Camavor in Viego's story aside from how the second-born failure neglected his kingdom to the point of assassination attempts. The Shadow Isles were originally the Blessed Isles, protected by a white mist that helped shroud them from outsiders. It was the Ruination, a massive explosive event stemming from the interaction of Viego's soul-stealing sword and the life giving waters of the blessed isles thatcorrupted the mist into the Black Mist and transformed all of the Isle's inhabitants into undead abominations (except Yorick and Maokai, of course).

I hate Viego. Shadow Isles is one of my favorite regions in runeterra. Thresh is my favorite Champ and after reading his Lore back in Season 6 of League i thought a lot about him. Will we ever get THE RUINED KING? After seein cards like Ledros or Rhasa i imagined a lot how he could look. Maybe like a Shadow Isles Mordekaiser or more like a monster. The disappointment of Viego is unrivaled. This wannabe Edgelord with his sword that tries to compensate something that Isolde missed in bed. Dammit even his League Kit is terrible how is it possible that this Champ has no Interaction with BOTRK. Like something that he has no ult until he buys this item. Or he gets bonus stats with it. But no most of the time he doesn't even build this Item. The ruined king doesn't build Blade of the ruined king...
