Aww I’m so very sorry!! I just had to put my kitty cat down 2-3 weeks ago. It’s the hardest choice to make, you feel like you’re ending their life but you don’t ever want them to feel pain or suffer!!! Praying for you❤️❤️❤️

i am so so so sorry for your loss. as soon as i saw the video my heart dropped. i lost my dog in feb and with a dog that has been with you its whole life. it just leaves a hole in your heart. Xena will forever be remembered. again I'm very sorry.

Such a sweet tribute. She had an amazing life. You gave her everything and the best way to go. No suffering. Knowing those limits and being an advocate for our animals is the hardest choice but I think you were spot on.

Xena really was a special dog, it’s not all that often a dog can so seamlessly transition to a life with horses as an adult. Losing any animal hurts tremendously, you really do think of them as family, but a dog that travels with you and is your companion through thick and thin is just another kind of hurt. At least you know she was happy for her 9 years, and you made the right decision in not doing the surgeries, I’m not a vet, but Xena wasn’t a young dog and with the pain she was in I don’t think it would be right to ask her to change her life in such a big way. You did what you and your vet thought was necessary, and enjoyed the rest of her life with her. Thank you for sharing Xena with us

I am so sorry for your loss.It’s so hard when you’ve had them that long and have a connection. The best thing that helped me when I lost pets was look for the many happy memories and remember that they are no longer in pain! It’s still hard and they are the pieces in our lives that we will never forget!

I’m so so sorry about your loss of Xena . You gave her a Beautiful Life. I understand your grief. 😔 I lost my Heart Horse Troy to colic in April . We had 18 years together . The experience was so devastating ( middle of the night, no vet could come in time , nightmarish 😔) I know I will not ever own another horse . ( plus am in my late 60’s … a younger whippersnapper would try again… not me 😔) After my loss , in April, I found Gypsy Equestrian 🥹❤️‍🩹🤩 on KZbin !!! Oh , the Joy you have brought me , as I still cry everyday , missing my best-trail-companion, my Everything 🐴 Troy . Thank You for All The Joy your clever ( and educational!) videos have given us all !! All the Great Characters!!! So many brilliant and hilarious moments 💝!! Afternoons that i used to trailride with Troy… now I grieve… but then! I find a new Gypsy Equestrian video I haven’t seen … 😃👍🐴 So Entertaining, you help me forget my grief 🥲 and replace it with laughter 😅👏 . How i loved “ Disrespect!!!!” … and the sadly educational Kentucky Derby - ( the lecturer “ applauding “ the punching … oh the satire !!! ) I love “ crazy old lady” and “ rich brittany” and “ boyfriend” the click bait bear!!! i could go on and on and on. Marina, just know you have helped thousands of us get through the worst of times with your wonderful KZbin channel . Xena’s loving energy will always be with you 💝 and we are all with you in your time of grief. We understand.

Im devastated to hear this! Xena was a cherrish and loved dog, and she always will be. My dog has had a very close call with a car about a year ago and i couldnt bear the thought of losing him. I cant imagine what you are going through and I hope you are feeling better after this tragic moment.

Awww that is so sad. I am so sorry for your loss Marina. She sounded like a very excellent dog and I will miss her in your funny videos but the good thing is she is in a much better condition in heaven and she will still always be with you in your heart, I know it will never be the same again, but you just got to remember how much she was in pain and your fans(especially me) will always remember her and we’ll talk about the funny happy moments with you and her. And we are actually are in the same condition you see a couple years ago we rescued a German shepherd named storm. She was in the worst condition and she was very skinny. Her parents couldn’t afford to take care of her so we decided to take her in treat her like she was the third child and then she started getting much better shape. She started gaining weight and was in a good condition, but the problem was she had accidents and her leg didn’t move that well. One day she could not get up and peed in her bed so my mom and I decided to take her to the vet and see what was going on. We figured out she was in really bad condition and we had to put her down. It will never be the same again so I understand how much Xena was to you and how much stormy was to me, just remember again that she will always be right by your side in your heart and will always love you❤️❤️❤️

I’m so sorry Xena seemed like she was an incredible dog! It’s never easy losing a pet I lost my dog a couple of months ago and I knew him ever since I was born. We will all be here for you. And just know she’s here for you to. You won’t see her but she’s in your heart always forever. She had a great life and one day you will meet again even if it’s a little different. She will forever be in your hearts and ours. We will never forget how much joy she brought you and others. May she fly high and keep enjoying life in doggy heaven. And someday you will meet again. The same day you posted this video my 8 y/o yellow lab went into surgery for a torn ACL on her back left leg. Luckily my dog is doing better and slowly recovering I could never imagine losing her and I know Xena was such a sweet dog I know your pain and I hope you are doing better with the passing. Rest in peace Xena ❤❤

I have been watching your channel since I had KZbin, but I kind of fogot about your channel. Just say this video, I remember everything. Blessing to you and your family. I love your story! You inspires me to start riding when I was 5! And now, I do shows and have started jumping. What I like most about you is you’re not a fake KZbinr, you don’t stretch the truth like others (no hate).
