That’s freaking impressive. You have a natural engineering kind of mind.

Wow - really nice. I was hand spinning 1.5" circles on my sander earlier today and sanded the back of one knuckle. Ouch. I'm gonna make some version of this. Thank you!

Yep. I was sanding some 4" circles and got my left hand index finger sucked in. Sanded off half my fingernail before I even knew I had gotten hurt. Could have been much worse. I dropped the project I was working on to build the jig before anything else. I use this jig so much now I wonder how I got along without it.

Thats ingenious man! I just love handmade engineering, I too look for ways to make things safer, I've had way too many close calls! The only tool I don't have is an isolating sander, I have the sander drums for my drill press but right now the isolating sander is just not in my budget. I fo plan on getting one eventually! This is one jig plan I'll be looking for in the future! Thanks for the video!👍

Wow 😲 Did you see all of that in your head?!

was watching your video on the circle sanding jig, and think it is great. When will you have the plans for this one available?

Thanks for sharing. One thing that I did not understand is why have the blade on the table saw so high
@steviep37362 жыл бұрын
very nice, do you have plans for sale?

Very Impressive Jig. I think it may be time to get a CNC.

Welp, that's a subscription from me!

Very cool! But it seems to me this elaborate device is unnecessary if you build a circle cutting jig for your router table.

If you haven't, make yourself that table saw sled. I can't remember the last time I had to the the miter gauge with my saw and I do not miss it one bit. Also, please (please) don't make freehand cuts like the one you made a 5:49. I like your video enough I may subscribe and I want you to stay safe and healthy to keep going. Not 100% sure, but I'm guessing that cut would have worked fine with a jigsaw or bandsaw.

Very ingenious, and perfectly round circles. Did you consider using sandpaper on the drive wheel? I think that will grab the circle better
